Brought up in the most prestigious Spanish conservatories, and being nowadays teachers of future musicians, Fani Villarón (electric cello) and Ángel Boti (electric violin) burst into stage to become a revolution with their very own new and original project.
Strings Bit breaks down barriers in classical and electronic music, exchanging their own standard instruments for conventional auditories with their electric violin and cello, on sets where they play pop, house, rock, EDM, chill and other music genres in an outstanding staging, bringing the best music experience of present times to all kind of audiences.
Their musical journey goes from recordings for RTVE, Atresmedia, recording companies such as Eurodelta Music, and collaborations with several national artists like Extremoduro, Los Secretos, Kepa Junkera, La Mari de Chambao, Emilio Aragón, and Rafael Amargo. Performances at both national (Ibiza, Madrid, Barcelona…) and international levels (Roma, Londres, Las Vegas…) are part of their artistic career.
Critically acclaimed, they have been interviewed several times at the Spanish National Broadcasting Corporation (RNE) and Cadena Ser, playing on air in many occasions.
Nowadays, Strings Bit is resident duo at Ushuaïa and Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, and they are also working for Guy Laliberté (director and creator of Cirque du Soleil) at Heart Ibiza and the famous Burning Man festival in Nevada, USA.
